Graphene/epoxy resins: Rheological behavior and morphological analysis by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)

This work focuses on the rheological properties and morphological features, assessed by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), of epoxy composites loaded with two very similar graphene-based nanoplatelets, i.e. GNP56 GNP60, differing fundamentally for exfoliation degree (56% 60%, respectively) consequently concentration carboxylated groups nanoparticle edges. The incorporation GNP60 nanostructures inside matrix considerably changes response nanofilled resin. viscoelastic behavior shown samples perfectly correlates different morphology nanofillers that is congruent difference in percentage.
